We contacted CMS upon referral from a friend. We wanted an alarm system that we can control/view via smartphone & internet, video doorbell, and lock/ alarm as needed. We spoke with Evan and he was extremely knowledgable with 'smart' home security systems. He arranged every detail, with an 'attention to detail' install, and spent time going through the various options and 'how to'. It has been a pleasure to deal with Evan and the CMS team which we highly recommend.

I recently had new alarm and security cameras installed and set up by CMS, and I am Thrilled with them. The installers Evan and Randy were very professional and friendly and extremely easy to deal with. They were so patient showing me how to operate the systems, as well as with my little dog who kept barking at them for attention. I would highly recommend them. They tidied up as they went along and did a great job on everything

I live in Langley and have been dealing with Canadian Monitoring Service for over 6 years, each time I have need to call them for advise they have been very responsive. Recently they upgraded my system so I am able to access our home alarm from a phone app...Thank you for your input and assistance, once again!

Great experience dealing with CMS. They have always been super responsive to all our questions. I can truly say they did not try to up-sale us like the other companies that gave us quotes. Very impressed with CMS Security! They had the best quote starting out from the 3 quotes I got. Their price point is very affordable without monitoring contracts and you pay for the hardware up front so that you own it from the start and can take it with you if you move. They are very efficient not only with their detailed quotes, they also visit your home to see which security system best suits you and they give you options of different systems and pricing along with their recommendation. On the day of the install they walk you through the system they install and they are very thorough. It helps that the people at CMS Security are very customer friendly and are able to build a rapport with the customer. I have had the system for about 1 week only but so far I am fully satisfied.I would highly recommend CMS Security.
